Catering for Long Service Awards – 9th November 2007

I am writing to thank you on my own behalf and that of the staff at EMS Physio Ltd for the wonderful buffet provided for the above event. The staff were extremely pleased not only with the quality, but the quantity of food. We are a small company and try to keep within a budget for these events and we were very impressed with the variety of items provided within that budget. On a personal level, I am very grateful to you both for the polite and efficient way in which your business is carried out, from the initial calls to assess our needs and adapt menu’s especially for our growing number of vegetarians, to the prompt and efficient delivery. It is so good to see a small family firm which believes in customer service to this very high standard.

We will, of course, be glad to use you again for any future functions and will highly recommend you, given the appropriate opportunity. Please feel free to reproduce any of our comments in your promotional or marketing materials and I hope your business continues to flourish.

We used Sandwiches Plus for a funeral, for a difficult time of day - too late for lunch and too early for tea. The suggested menu was well thought out, with something for every taste. The food was delivered at exactly the time specified and it was beautifully presented it. It didn't just look good, itwas delicious, and many people remarked on it. The after service was good, too, with the borrowed crockery and cutlery being collected the next morning, again at exactly the time specified. It was wonderful value; dealing with Sandwiches Plus was a pleasure and we will certainly be looking to use them in the future. Highly recommended.
